• Orders are final once confirmed, but we’re happy to assist with changes where possible—reach out within 24 hours.

Payment Terms

We make payments as smooth as our organic cotton. Here’s what you need to know:

• We accept payments through secure third-party processors, ensuring your financial details stay safe.
• All prices include applicable taxes for India (GST). International orders may incur additional customs duties, which are your responsibility.
• If a payment fails, we’ll notify you to resolve it within 48 hours to avoid order cancellation.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship our textiles worldwide from Mumbai, weaving comfort into homes everywhere. Here’s how:

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
• Delivery typically takes 5-10 business days within India and 10-20 days internationally, depending on customs.
• We’ll provide tracking details once your order ships. If there’s a delay, we’ll keep you in the loop.
• Risk of loss transfers to you once the order is delivered to the provided address.

Returns and Refunds

We want you to love your textiles as much as we do. If something’s not right:

• You can return unused, undamaged items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

• Custom orders (e.g., tailored designs) are non-returnable unless faulty.

• We warrant that items are free from defects in materials or craftsmanship for 6 months from purchase.
• If you receive a faulty item, contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.
• Normal wear or misuse isn’t covered—treat your textiles with the love they deserve!

Limitation of Liability

We strive to make your experience flawless, but like any handwoven piece, there are limits:

• We’re not liable for indirect damages, like loss of use or missed opportunities, from using our products or website.
• Our liability is capped at the purchase price of the item (e.g., ₹10,789 for a Serenity Bedding Set).
• We can’t guarantee uninterrupted website access due to technical issues beyond our control, but we’ll work to fix them promptly.
